Recently, I confided in a long time colleague about a challenge I had with "negative thinking" and "letting go" of some past challenges. The following day she gave me a 2 part set CD series from Joyce Meyer. One titled "Change", the other "Battlefield of the mind". It had an immediate impact to the way I understood and viewed my thoughts. The timing could not have been better for me to receive this "gift" from her; and I want to pass it along to ANYONE and EVERYONE that needs an INSTANT mental recharge and reclaim their thoughts.
It is loaded with powerful and inspirational messages and now a part of my daily dose of listening or when I need to refocus.
